Johnita J. Hurd – Treasurer
Johnita J. Hurd contributes strong leadership, excellent organizational skill, and a deep commitment to community service. She is known for her integrity, compassion, and willingness to help individuals in need. As Treasurer, she supports the financial stability and long-term growth of New Beginnings Outreach and the Jamal Place Shelter, ensuring responsible stewardship and dependable leadership.
Sheronda Roberts – Secretary
Sheronda Roberts is a licensed counselor in Texas with a solid background in emotional wellness and mental-health support. She brings empathy, professionalism, and excellent organizational skills to New Beginnings Outreach and the Jamal Place Shelter. Her clinical expertise and structured approach help strengthen the organization’s ability to provide meaningful support to individuals experiencing grief, trauma, and life challenges.
